The environments in which Lansweeper is used vary from simple to very complex and in order to support our customers we are looking for an IT Support Engineer To ensure we can troubleshoot our customer’s environment, we provide our IT Support Engineers with an extensive lab with all technologies Lansweeper is able to scan. Our customers range from small, medium to large and very large companies. Experience in VoIP systems (e.g., Cisco CUCM, AudioCodes, Teams Voice etc…) design, implementation, and maintenance.Lansweeper scans a lot of things.Hands-on experience in file sharing (share folder permission and drive mapping) and printing services (print queue and print driver management).Extensive experience in Microsoft technologies including Windows 11/10, O365 (Exchange / SharePoint / Teams), Active Directory, Azure AD, GPO, SCCM and Intune.Over 5 years of related experience in large-scale organizations.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
